The booker mini foundation's goal is to help
as many families as possible who are faced with
a life threatening illness who have a financial need
and live in Southeast Minnesota.

Grants to famalies are $2,500, but my change with the situation.

To start the process, you will need to fill out an application and either
send it via email or thru the U.S. mail. All steps are fully explained in the application.
Please note that you will also need to send a copy of your physician's prognosis.
